However, anonymized reports that they enable us to produce may be transmitted to institutions and members of the cinema industry for statistical purposes and business intelligence development. No data or information is transmitted outside of Canada.
3. USER RIGHTS: ACCESS, DELETION, AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 The Personal Information collected is kept by OCS always respecting the purpose of their collection or until you request their deletion.
3.2 We will keep the Personal Information provided to us as long as we need it to achieve the purposes for which it was initially collected, and for a maximum period of ten (10) years, unless otherwise required by law. When the purpose for which the Personal Information was collected expires, we will destroy or anonymize it in accordance with industry best practices. Should anonymized data be generated from Your Personal Information, such information will only be used to serve serious and legitimate interests as prescribed by law.
3.3 In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data. We will delete Your Personal Information within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that certain regulations may require us to keep Your Personal Information for a specified period.
